Read below for an update from the Maryland State Police Licensing Division on changes made once again to the Maryland Handgun Qualification License process.

So long story short, I would continue to recommend that you print off multiple copies, laminate them all and put one in each of your vehicles. Put a copy in your wallet or purse if you can fit it. Save a copy to your phone. Add one to your Google drive. Email it to yourself. Email it to your dealer.

It'd be a smart idea for dealers to keep a copy on their record if the client feels comfortable with that.
