A Sales Consultant is responsible for speaking with clients and potential customers to help them learn about PTP-Gun.com Firearms Training, our membership opportunities and the classes we offer. Their duties include meeting with clients, explaining how our company’s memberships and classes function, finding the best training product for the potential client and assisting them with registration.

A sales consultant will also need to:

  • Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our classes.

  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.

  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.

  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.

  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.

  • Assemble product displays in a given market.

  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

An innovative and professional Sales Consultant with PTP-Gun.com Firearms Training will have certain prerequisite skills and qualifications. These skills and qualifications guarantee their expertise in the job. In order to attract a competitive Sales Consultant, look for the following skills and qualifications:

  • Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals

  • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous client companies and customers

  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies

Sales Consultants are paid based on their performance. This is not a 9 to 5 job that you simply punch a time card. At times, we give you obtainable goals that you must work hard to obtain but if reached- yield great rewards.
