Second Amendment Sanctuary, King George County, Virginia is next

Ok our King George County neighbors, this is for you. The Second Amendment is under attack by those elected to represent you and preserve the Constitution. It is time to take a stand and show Richmond that we won't stand for further infringements on our rights.

The General Assembly is now under legislative control of the left with an agenda supporting a Leftist Governor with an agenda which includes: HB 2 Firearm transfers; criminal history record information checks; penalty. HB 9 Reporting lost or stolen firearms; civil penalty. SB 12 Firearm transfers; criminal history record information checks; penalty. SB 13 Possessing or transporting a weapon within Capitol Square; penalty. SB 14 Trigger activators; prohibition; penalty. SB 15 Carrying weapon into building owned or leased by the Commonwealth; penalty. SB 16 Prohibiting sale, transport, etc., of assault firearms and certain firearm magazines; penalties. SB 18 Firearms; criminal history record information checks; age requirement; penalty. SB 22 Purchase of handguns; limitation on handgun purchases; penalty. SB 35 Control of firearms by localities; permitted events. SB 51 Carrying a concealed handgun; consumption of alcohol in a public park; penalty. Clear your schedule and make your voice heard at this very important meeting. If we have any hope of this passing, we are going to need a tremendous showing! Many stayed home on election day to help us get to this scary point in time- let's right that wrong.

But if I am being the realist that I am- those in support of 2A are piss poor at getting off their asses to do shit to project and protect it. Many of you that will piss/moan didn't vote and won't show up to support this resolution- but those same people are the first ones to bitch and complain when further restrictions are levied against your rights.

Tonight I attended a hearing on a proposed campground that included an outdoor shooting range. I was 1 of 3 out of 35 that spoke in favor. That is in inexcusable. So many people in the area have pissed and moaned for years for a facility like this. But no longer, not to me. If you weren't here tonight, do not talk to me about the topic. Tonight was very discouraging and I am highly disappointed to say the least.

Please. Surprise me. I hope you do, but am prepared to be further disappointed by the 2A community.

If other counties can declare themselves sanctuaries for criminal illegal aliens then let's make King George a sanctuary for responsible gun owners exercising their rights.
