Day 1 & Day 2: 7:30am-5pm

Are you wanting to buy a handgun in Maryland but need the state required training? This is exactly the class you are looking for and provided by the state's leading certified instructors.

This class far exceeds the minimum standards (4 hours of classroom time, and only shoot 1 single round on the range) that is often found with other companies. With us, you will attend two full days of classes which will include over 14 hours of hands on classroom instruction and 3-4 hours on the range- firing up to 50 rounds of ammunition.

The classroom instruction will include in depth discussions on the basic firearm safety rules, parts/nomenclature of firearms, how to disassemble/reassumble/clean a handgun, proper technique for effective discharge of a handgun, how to safely draw/reholster a loaded handgun and much more.

You do not need to have any prior experience nor do you need to bring your own handgun or gear- everything will be provided at no additional cost. But if you have your own, you are more than welcme to bring and use it.

Not only does this training come with the training certification for Maryland Handgun Qualification License but you also hae the opportunity for our staff to complete and submit your application for you on your behalf to the State of Maryland- to include the livescan fingerprints which are available at each of our classes.

Application Assistance:

Don't want to worry about the paperwork at all? Trust our professional staff to complete all the paperwork for you accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state requirements. This service's price includes the livescan fingerprints, passport style photo and the application fees.
