Join us for a comprehensive one-day home defense training designed to empower citizens in crafting and implementing effective home protection strategies.
 
In this course, participants will explore legal cases related to firearm use for home defense and engage in insightful debriefings to extract valuable lessons.
 
Practical application of these lessons will be demonstrated through live fire exercises on the range, covering essential topics such as:
• Room clearing techniques
• Understanding penetration, cover, and concealment
• Legal responsibilities associated with home defense
• Navigating shoot/no-shoot scenarios
 
Combining classroom instruction with hands-on live fire scenarios, this course aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop a robust home defense plan and confidently handle real-world situations.
 
Required Equipment: -Eye Protection (wrap-around style)
-Ear protection
-Pistol
-Three magazines* (If using a semi-automatic)
-300 rounds of ammunition
-Holster
-Brimmed hat
-Loose fitting clothing (no shorts)
-Camelback or similar
 
Recommended Equipment:
-Cold/ Wet Weather Gear (as appropriate) -Note book w/ writing utensil
-Cleaning kit
-Knee pads / Elbow pads
